Below are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about lessons. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out directly—Coach Sean Carlino is happy to help.

Lessons

Cancellation of a lesson must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time in order to be eligible for a reschedule.

No-shows or failure to notify us within the 48-hour window will result in a forfeited lesson.

To ensure a smooth transition between students, please do not show up more than 5 minutes before your lesson.

All lessons or packages purchased are non-refundable.

Lesson packages do not expire; however, please note that they are location-specific and cannot be used at different facilities.

Lessons and Lesson Packs are non-transferable and cannot be shared. The only exception to this policy is in the circumstance of injury or illness.

Yes. Students will be held responsible for any damaged or stolen items at any of our partner facilities.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, the instructor will make a determination on whether the lesson will be rescheduled.

If the instructor has not notified participants about a cancellation, the lesson will resume as planned.

Yes. If there is inclement weather, the lesson will be moved to the SCG Indoor Studio. This is done in coordination with Sean to ensure lessons remain uninterrupted for all students.
